Soul Revival: Run Your Business. Rest Your Soul

Last year I took time off from new offerings and individual clients to give myself rest and the space to think through how I wanted to show up in my life and business.

Even though I was doing back-to-back speaking engagements and getting more interest, I intuitively understood that everything was shifting.

And while it may not have appeared so different on paper, I knew I was about to step into a completely new and different version of my business.

The time to rest, recharge, and go inward was much needed, but it was a scary thing to take my own advice.

To say no to potential clients and keep the faith that I'd still have a business to come back to in the future when I was ready.

After conversations with clients and friends and engaging in deep work to shift my own patterns, one thing that rings loud and clear is that knowing how to hustle is not the problem.

Yes, the hustle is a significant contributor to what has gotten us this far. It's the reason why I named my programming The Authentic Hustle because taking consistent action will always be a part of a balanced equation.

But even if you're someone like me who has been working on balance and self-care for years, the past two years made it abundantly clear that our ability to work hard isn't and never will be enough.

  • But what if it feels like if you stop, even just for a moment, something important will fall through the cracks?

  • What do you do if you don't know where you'd start, even if you had the time and spaciousness you crave?

  • What if you feel like you've been pretty good at balancing self-care and still feel exhausted?

It's not simply about needing more discipline or better time management.

Instead, my experience has shown that the answers lie in doing the exact opposite of the productivity-focused solutions we tend to go to first.

The answers are in all that we hold off on doing because we feel everything else will fall apart.

Like taking the time and space to dream, be still, be in community with others, and tune into what really fuels us and lights us up.

Whether you feel like you are constantly in survival mode, burning the candle at both ends, or at the point of just going through the motions, I'm here to remind you that it doesn't have to be this way.

For the past 10 years, I've supported entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries with simple, practical tools for staying grounded amidst the chaos that inevitably comes when working towards your vision and wanting to make an impact.

I'm thrilled to share my latest offering that takes a new approach to what it takes to make sustainable progress towards creating the life and business you're working so hard for.

Let's come together to explore how we can approach our goals from a centered, creative, and engaged space rather than a worn-out, exhausted one.
